PRLog (Press Release) – Jul 06, 2010 – Water Mill, New York: On Wednesday, July 21 from 9:00-10:00 pm (EST), Tweeple are invited to join the Macaroni Kid family for "Macaroni Movies in 140" -- characters that is. hashtag #mackidtips.
We will have great fun sharing Macaroni Memories of our favorite films and, on this 20th anniversary of the classic Caddyshack, are excited to be joined by Minerva Scelza Perez, who played Joey in the classic 1980 film. “I’m excited to share my memories of filming Caddyshack and to hear from the Twitter community about their favorites movies and movie moments,” Ms. Perez says.
As always, the party will feature prizes, giveaways and plenty of laughs.
"Movies bring us together,” explains Joyce Shulman, Macaroni Kid's Chief Macaroni Mom (@macaronikidHQ). “Movies provide huge cultural touchpoints, and sharing those seems like a fun way to bring the community together. Any and all movie loving moms and dads are welcome to join us!”
This will be Macaroni Kid’s fourth monthly Twitter Party. Previous themes have included “Parenting Tips in 140,” “Taking Care of Mama Bear,” and “Out of the Mouths of Babes, Crazy Stuff My Kids Have Said.”
The party will be hosted by Macaroni Kid Publisher Mom and blogger extraordinaire, Debby Perry, who is better known by her Twitter handle Supah Mommy (@supahmommy).
